Book a Meeting Room

The library offers three different kinds of meeting rooms. Please read below to learn how reserve your space.

Conference Room

The library has a 12-person conference room on the second floor. The room is available Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The room is typically available, but other groups may have already made a reservation. Please call us at  (586) 446-2640 to see if your desired time is available.

If the room is available, please read through our Conference Room Use Policy and submit an application.

Programming Center

Sterling Heights residents can book the 120-person programming center that is adjacent to the main entrance. The availability of the room depends on library programming, so please call (586) 446-2640 to see if your desired time is available.

If the room is available, please read through our Programming Center Use Policy and submit an application.

Study Rooms

The library has two separate study rooms on the second floor, one for 1-4 people and other for 1-2 people. Study rooms cannot be reserved in advanced, and are given out on a first come first served basis. If you would like to use a study room, please ask a librarian at the second floor reference desk. You must be 18 years or older to use a study room.
