Keep your heart rate up and tone your muscles. This Total Body Fitness class will help burn fat and increase your energy so you’re ready for anything! Workout includes circuit training using some weights, bands or balls. All level of exercise welcome!
Tabata with Michele Meckl
In this high intensity workout, you will work for 20 seconds at your personal maximum level and then rest for 10 seconds before beginning the next exercise! It’s a calorie torching, fat burning format that definitely provides a great challenge!

Interval Training with Michele Meckl
This workout alternates segments of cardio and weight training. Simple, yet challenging moves that will maximize your calorie burning by raising and lowering your heart rate. The one hour class is designed as a low impact, fat-burning interval workout, using weights, some mat work, and plenty of exercises to tighten and tone the entire body! This workout is geared for all fitness levels.
Abs & Glute Blaster with Michele Meckl
In this workout we will specifically target your abs & glutes with exercises directed at strengthening and toning you from every angle! This class is lower intensity but not low on calorie burn!
