Virtual Reporting

VIRTUAL REPORTING TAKES PLACE ON WEDNESDAYS. 

SCHEDULE CHANGES ARE LISTED ON THE MAIN PAGE FOR THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REPORT DUE TO A CHANGE IN SCHEDULE, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR OFFICER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE USING THE INFORMATION BELOW. 

Reporting probationers have been designated with an officer by first initial of your last name.

* If your last name starts with A - K, you may contact Officer Gadioli via email: Officer Gadioli. 
* If your last name starts with L - Z, you may contact Officer Finkel via email: Officer Finkel.

REPORTS: The Probation Department is offering virtual reporting via Zoom. Reporting times will be between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm, with a scheduled lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. You may "arrive" to the meeting at ANY time during your assigned sessions, and you will be queued into a waiting room. Probationers will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. If you "miss" your report date, you may report on the 4th Wednesday of the month, unless otherwise instructed by your probation officer. 

Virtual reporting is a PRIVILEGE. If you are non-compliant with your terms of probation, you will be required to report IN PERSON to your probation officer. 

If you fail to report via Zoom during a specific month, you will be required to report IN-PERSON for your next monthly report. Failure to report as directed for two (2) months will result in a violation hearing with your judge. 

Please see below for your assigned date. If there is a link available, you may click on it and it will take you to the Zoom website. The password for the regular monthly meetings is "probation" with a lower-case "p." If you are unable to log onto Zoom for your required meetings, you must contact your probation officer for alternative reporting.

Probationers report monthly, or as directed, as follows: 

First Wednesday of the Month: 
A-C with Officer Gadioli
L-N with Officer Finkel

Second Wednesday of the Month:
D-G with Officer Gadioli
O-R with Officer Finkel

Third Wednesday of the Month:
H-K with Officer Gadioli
S-Z with Officer Finkel

Fourth Wednesday of the Month: 
A-K Missed appointments with Officer Gadioli
L-Z Missed appointments with Officer Finkel 

IN PERSON reporting takes place on the last Monday of each month, during the morning hours (9AM - 12PM). IF THE COURT IS CLOSED DUE TO A HOLIDAY ON THE LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH, REPORTING WILL TAKE PLACE THE PRECEDING MONDAY.
