Marriage Ceremonies
Marriages are performed at the courthouse by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. Please contact the Probation Department at 586-446-2565 to schedule an appointment.
Eligibility
At least one party must reside in Sterling Heights and two witnesses are required.
Fees
The fee is $10 for a marriage ceremony. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check or money order (made payable to the 41A District Court), or credit card.
