The City of Sterling Heights cordially invites you and your organization to take greater pride in your community by “Adopting a City Road.” The Sterling Heights Beautification Commission sponsors “Adopt a City Road” to enhance the beauty of the City’s hundreds of roadways. By participating in the program, your group displays its civic pride, cleans up its neighborhood and receives deserved recognition for its dedication to the community.
Your commitment to keeping Sterling Heights clean is greatly appreciated by the City Council, the Beautification Commission and 127,000 residents.
It’s easy to adopt a city road. Businesses, church groups, service clubs, scouting groups, or neighborhood associations with 6 or more members who agree to clean at least 2 miles of a local road, 4 times a year for a 2-year period are eligible to Adopt a City Road.
