You must be a Sterling Heights resident and you must bring photo identification.
Process & Fees
Go to the Police Department's Records Bureau located on the 2nd floor. Fingerprinting will be done between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. There is a fee of $28 for this service. You will then be directed to go to the lobby and wait for the lab technician to call you. Print cards are supplied for no additional charge.
