The city of Sterling Heights recently closed on the sale of two residential lots on the west side of Ryan Road, north of 19 Mile Road. This land was originally purchased in the late 1990’s for a road widening and reconstruction project on Ryan Road from 18½ Mile Road to Dobry Drive. Developer Ryan Road, LLC will start construction this spring on Lisa Marie Gardens, an eleven (11) lot single-family residential development. None of the lots will have frontage on Ryan Road and the new subdivision will be accessed from the existing stub street (Lisa Marie Drive) in Villa Mara residential subdivision. The eleven lots are large, with the smallest over a quarter-acre in size. The size of the homes will range from 1,985 to 3,690 square feet with side entrance garages.
