Join us on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. for a fusion between traditional yoga postures and western therapeutic exercises. Learn to balance the hemispheres of the brain and how to improve coordination, cognitive ability, and balance through simple, yet powerful brain healing exercises. Find out about the five nerves of social engagement and how to stimulate them for improved brain function.

This class is perfect for all ages and mental health capacities, and may be especially useful for those living with a short attention span, dyslexia, poor coordination, social awkwardness, or learning disabilities.

Participants should bring yoga mats or a towel and be prepared to move about the room. Chairs will be available for those who have difficulty sitting on the floor.
