On Saturday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m., join us for a synthesis of 5-minute yoga practices that provide easy, yet potent tools to enhance health, joy, peace, love, success, and inner exploration. Learn how to cope with the hectic pace of modern lifestyles and realize your full potential in all spheres of life.
It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and do not eat for 90 minutes before the event. Participants may want to bring a yoga mat or towel. Chairs will be available for those who have difficulty sitting on the floor.
