Starting at 8:00 p.m. this evening, our Senior Center will be open as a warming center for residents who have lost power due to the high winds that impacted southeastern Michigan on March 8th.
The warming center is intended to serve as a temporary respite from what are expected to be below freezing temperatures this weekend. No sleeping facilities are available and pets cannot be accommodated. Based upon need, the City prepared to open additional facilities as warming centers. The Senior Center is located at 40200 Utica Road.
