Enjoy the food and atmosphere at Red Lobster while Sterling Heights Police Department and Fraternal Order of Police members help serve your meal.
This is a Tip A Cop fundraiser where off duty officers assist the Red Lobster staff by collecting tips and donations. On April 13th, community members can enjoy a meal at Red Lobster on Hall Road from 10 am – 9 pm where proceeds from this event benefit Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Michigan.
The mission of the Law Enforcement Torch Run® (LETR) for Special Olympics is to increase awareness and raise funds for the Special Olympics movement. Each year, the LETR initiative grows bigger and better. Michigan’s Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) is celebrating its 33rd year in 2017. LETR for Special Olympics is the movement’s largest grass-roots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle. In 2016, the LETR raised more than $1,000,000.00 for Special Olympics Michigan. It has been our goal to create awareness and raise funds for 23,317 athletes who participate in Special Olympics Michigan.
