[ARCHIVED] Fall Reading

An opened book with an autumn leaf on the left page

This autumn, join us for a simple reading event from October 1 to December 1! There are two programs, one for children and the other for adults and teens.

Children should start by going to the Youth Services Desk and picking up a two-sided sheet. One side lists a series of goals for the season. The other side shows an autumn-themed line drawing. As children complete goals, they can color in a portion of the drawing. Once the drawing is complete, return it to the Youth Services Desk between November 13 and December 1 to get a finisher’s prize!

Adults and teens need to complete a small set of reading goals between Oct. 1 and Dec. 1. You can pick up a goal sheet at the front information desk. Once you have finished your goals, return your sheet to the same information desk. Each participant will be entered into a prize raffle for a $25 Visa Gift Card in early December.
