Let’s welcome Michigan’s Fly Fishing Club as they host this event. Come out anytime between 11a.m and 3p.m. and learn to tie your first fly, followed by a tutorial on how to cast a flyrod, all materials are included. This is a free great family event you don’t want to miss. The Clinton River Watershed Council will also be giving out free River Day t-shirts to participants while supplies last.

All animals must eat so they can grow, move and reproduce. Families are invited to learn what animals eat and then watch a Naturalist feed some of the center's LIVE animals. This is a free program but donations are welcome.

Four local teen bands, Blue Spectrum, One Ten, Dark Eyed Dreamers, and Philophobia are competing at the first ever Sterling Heights Battle of the Bands!
The winning band gets studio time at The Sound Shop Studio AND an opening gig on the main stage at Sterlingfest 2017! Fan approval will be part of the final criteria.
Everyone's invited to join us at Dodge Park Amphitheater! There will be a food truck, entertainment for the kids and more!

Gather around our "stuffed animal pit" as we read a nature related story followed by a special activity or featured craft. These programs are an excellent introduction to the wonders of nature. Bring your favorite stuffed animal to join us. We'll meet on June 28, July 12 and August 16. Fee is payable at the door the day of event. Please call us up to 2 days prior to class to register. Seating is limited! Ages 4 and up please.

Take an imaginary field trip to the time of the dinosaurs. Discover how long, how tall and how hungry dinosaurs were. This adventure will go outside, please dress for the weather. For ages 6-12. Pre-registration is required.
