  3. Teen Advisory Board

    Want to find a fun way to earn volunteer service hours? Look no further than the library’s Teen Advisory Board (TAB)! Members of the TAB plan and run their OWN programs under the supervision of our Teen Librarian. The TAB will receive a budget and plan the After Hours Teen Event on Friday, Dec. 13 at 6 p.m.

  4. PAWS for Reading

    No registration necessary, but go to the Youth Reference desk before you begin Children and pets have a special bond because animals do not judge or interrupt a reader. The first 10 children to check in at the Youth desk can read to certified therapy dogs and develop their reading skills.

  5. Cute as a Button

    Previously, buttons were used just to fasten coats, shirts, and pants. Nowadays, we are using them to make unique art pieces. Participants will crowd buttons of all shapes and sizes, mixing all different tones together, that will result in a charming piece. Ages 17 and up. All materials provided.
